'Time & Chance' is a series of comedic vingettes about the futility of life, inspired by the book of Ecclesiates. They are all intertwined, unbeknownst to the players. Everyone is frustrated with their situation in life, yet unknowingly makes a difference in the larger picture. A pair of houseflies, a mixed raced couple, a mom and daughter, a bicyclist and a barber's lives all intersect one morning in ways that none of them see.

We are a Rockport, TX film festival that is within easy driving distance of San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Goliad, Refugio, Tivoli, Port Lavaca, Sinton, Beeville, Aransas Pass, Portland, Port Aransas, McAllen, South Texas, Hill Country and Coastal Bend. We encourage several aspects of the film community to join us for the 2008 Rockport Film Festival - amateur film, cinema, critic, director, and independent filmmakers. Whatever you call your films - flicks, indie, cinema, cine, theater, pictures - come visit our competition and festival.
